ROUGH GRADING PLANS
You can think of rough grading as the "form" of your site of origin. The contractors will level the land or create a specific slope to establish a solid foundation upon which the house or building will be built.
Rough Grading is done first and involves moving and moving large amounts of land and making changes as necessary. When an approximate classification is made, the terrain should be seen basically as it was established in the first measurements and designs.
This is the first step in building your home since the lot must be formed to meet city guidelines and to direct surface water away from the home. The purpose of the grading is to provide good drainage and avoid damage to the foundation.
