Our master plans are shaped by the specific needs of clients: industrial, office, suburban, rural, mixed-use, or professional campus. Each plan is a unique response to physical limitations and the terrain, anticipated uses, anticipated growth, and the surrounding neighborhood.

 

Our process during design works with the developer's system and stakeholders, government agencies, and the potential development community. Additional experience with mixed-use developments, industrial, commercial, and office planning is essential to plan a business park of this size.

All of our master plans share a common element to create a sense of place. The use of views, groupings of buildings, identifiable reference points (natural or artificial), open spaces, and meeting spaces combine to create a sense of space. Our plans address each project as a city about itself. The Plans address not only physical buildings but also pedestrian circulation, vehicular circulation, mass transit circulation, service circulation, and support elements.
