The project consists of the construction of 5,200 sq. ft. wood framed building for a retail center. the proposed building will be situated on 22,215 sq. ft. lot (approx 0.50 acres). the site will include the improvements including, the construction of a new parking lot of approximately 11,953 sq. ft. , the installation of new parking light pole lights including the pole foundations, the installation of landscaping and irrigation and finally the construction of a trash enclosure.
